2. Quality, Grading & Processing Excellence
Once harvested, our macadamia nuts undergo a rigorous quality control process designed to meet international market standards.
We carefully sort and grade based on size, moisture content, shell integrity, and overall quality. Only the finest nuts move forward into processing, ensuring consistency in every shipment.
Our processing is carried out under strict food safety and hygiene protocols. From dehusking and drying to cracking and kernel sorting, every stage is optimized to preserve the natural taste, texture, and nutritional value of the nuts.
In addition to premium kernels, we produce value-added products such as cold-pressed macadamia oil and macadamia butter—crafted without additives or preservatives.
