Job Summary
As an Agronomy Intern, you will work closely with our agronomy team to support crop production, field management, and sustainable farming practices. You will gain practical exposure to modern agricultural technologies while learning from experienced agronomists and industry professionals.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in crop production and field management activities.
- Support implementation of sustainable agricultural practices.
- Participate in crop monitoring, scouting, and data collection.
- Assist with pest, disease, and weed management programs.
- Support field trials and research activities.
- Prepare field reports and maintain accurate records.
- Work with the agronomy team to improve productivity and crop quality.
- Perform any other agronomy-related duties assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
Applicants should have graduated within the last one (1) year with a degree in any of the following fields:
- Agriculture
- Agribusiness
- Crop Science
- Horticulture
- Soil Science
- Environmental Science
- Agricultural Economics
- Agricultural Extension
- Or any related Agricultural field
Preferred Skills & Competencies
- Strong interest in agriculture and sustainability.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Willingness to learn and work in field environments.
