1. Sourcing from Certified Smallholder Farmers
We partner with a network of dedicated smallholder farmers in highland regions such as Embu, Meru, Kirinyaga, and Murang’a.
All farmers follow sustainable, ethical farming practices.
Our sourcing system ensures full traceability — each batch can be tracked to its origin.
Farmers are regularly trained and supported to maintain export-grade standards.
2. Quality Sorting & Grading
Once harvested, macadamia nuts undergo meticulous inspection and sorting.
We assess for size, color, shell integrity, moisture level, and maturity.
Nuts are graded according to international market requirements — only the highest grade is selected for export.
Defective or substandard produce is removed immediately.
3. Processing & Value Addition
Our in-house processing facility follows internationally accepted food safety protocols.
We dehusk, dry, and crack the nuts carefully to retain kernel integrity.
Kernels are then further sorted into raw or roasted categories based on order specifications.
Cold-pressed macadamia oil and macadamia butter are produced with no additives or preservatives.
Every product is handled with hygiene and care to preserve flavor, nutrition, and safety.
4. Eco-Friendly Packaging & Freshness Preservation
We pack macadamia kernels and processed products in air-tight, food-safe, export-compliant materials.
Packaging meets EU, U.S., and Asian food import standards.
We use vacuum sealing and nitrogen flushing (where necessary) to extend shelf life and preserve freshness.
Bulk and custom packaging options are available for B2B clients.
5. Export & Logistics Management
We handle the entire export process with precision and professionalism.
All documentation, certifications, and customs clearance are managed in-house.
We collaborate with trusted shipping and logistics partners for both sea and air freight.
